Interim staffing

  • Identified the need for a new payroll service provider and led the transition. Resulted in greater transparency and efficiency for staff.

  • Developed a Grant Intake process to increase communication when new funding is awarded.

  • Evaluated Internal Controls processes to accommodate work from home.
